The following steps will assist you in Modifying or Cancelling an Order.
Modifying an Order
- Click the
Orders button from the Dashboard.
- Locate the Order you wish to Modify.
- Click the
button in the bottom right of the Order.
- Click Modify Order.
- Make all relevant changes and click Update Order.
Important: you will only be able to make changes that impact the Fare until the Order is claimed (i.e., adding / removing VINs, vehicle status, or address changes). Once a transporter has claimed the Order, you will need to contact RunBuggy for assistance.
Cancelling an Order
- Click the
Orders button from the Dashboard.
- Locate the Order you wish to Cancel.
- Click the
button in the bottom right of the Order.
- Select the Cancellation reason.
- Click Confirm.
