Quick Reference: Claiming or Unclaiming an Order

The steps below show you how to claim or unclaim an order.

Claiming an Order

1. Click the  Orders button from the Dashboard.
2. Select one of the following on the Order you wish to claim:

• • Claim Order - This will add the Order to the Assigned tab but will not assign a driver.
  • Claim and Assign - Enter the Driver Name or click Self Assign.

Unclaiming an Order

1. Click the  Orders button from the Dashboard.
2. Access the Assigned tab.
3. Click the button on the type right of the Order.
4. Select the Reason for Rejection.
5. Click the Unclaim Order button.

NOTE: Only the assigned Driver can unclaim an order once it has been assigned.
