At RunBuggy, safeguarding your account is paramount. When logging in, it's crucial to use your unique credentials tied to your individual email address. Sharing login details goes against our Terms of Service and can lead to restricted access.
Imagine this scenario: Your Transporter Admin Account is linked to the email address none@none.com.
Person 1 logs in from La Jolla, CA, successfully accessing the account at 10:24 AM PST on their laptop.
Later, Person 2 attempts to log in from Durango, CO, but encounters an error message stating, "User Canceled the Social Login Request."
Why the restriction? Because Person 1 is already logged in from La Jolla, and it's impossible for them to have traveled to Durango within such a short timeframe.
To prevent such temporary account locks, please ensure each user, whether an Admin, User or Driver, has their own RunBuggy Account tied to their unique (not shared) email address. This not only enhances security but also ensures seamless access to our services.
If you need assistance with Adding or Editing user accounts within your RunBuggy Account, please refer to the Editing & Managing Users section of the RunBuggy Support Site.
