The VIN Scanner shortcut in the RunBuggy mobile app allows you (drivers) to quickly open any orders assigned to you.
The VIN Scanner button is the blue button with the search icon at the bottom right of every tab on the mobile app.
To find an order using the VIN Scanner:
- Tap the blue search button at the bottom right.
- Scan the VIN using your device’s camera, and the order associated with that VIN will open.
- To enter a VIN manually, tap the blue search button, then tap the pencil icon at the top right of the VIN scanner screen. Enter or paste the VIN and then tap Submit.
- If you scan or enter a VIN that is not associated with any of your orders, this “Order Not Found” message will appear. Tap outside of it to try again.
