High value loads and protected vehicles require additional care, security, and communication throughout the transportation process. To ensure these vehicles are delivered safely and professionally, RunBuggy has established specific requirements, indicators, and handling procedures detailed below that Transporters must follow when accepting and completing high value loads and orders with protected vehicles.

High Value Loads
When searching for available orders, high value loads will be indicated with a $, $$, or $$$ icon or the T - Load Value column circled in the screenshots below. The number of dollar signs specifies the total value of the load as follows:
$ - Total Load Value of $250,000 to $500,000
$$ - Total Load Value of $500,000 to $1,000,000
$$$ - Total Load Value over $1,000,000

Protected Vehicles
When searching for available orders, orders with protected vehicles will be indicated with the Protected Vehicle shield or the T - Protected column circled in the screenshots below. For orders with protected vehicles, the gate passes and Bill of Lading (BOL) will unlock for the assigned Driver when they are within 25 miles of the pickup address.
