Transporters can now receive mobile notifications on recommended available orders matched to them by RunBuggy’s algorithm.
Smart Notifications appear in 3 ways:
Transporter Admins must have Smart Notifications enabled by RunBuggy to receive recommended order notifications. If you are not receiving these notifications but would like to, please contact your RunBuggy representative.
This feature also includes new order sorting default settings.
Transporters will receive an email with a link when they have a new recommended order. Click the link to view, and if the order is still available, it will appear at the top of your Search page. If it’s still available, you can then claim the order.
Mobile Push
Transporters will also receive a mobile push notification for new recommended orders. These notifications will appear as banners and/or lock screen notifications, depending on your settings. Click the link to view, and if the order is still available, it will appear at the top of your Search page. If it’s still available, you can then claim the order.
In App
Mobile Dashboard Banner
On the Home Dashboard in the RunBuggy mobile app (house icon at the bottom left), transporters will see a green banner at the top for new recommended orders. Click the green banner to view, and if the order is still available, it will appear at the top of your Search page. If it’s still available, you can then claim the order. You can also click the X in the right corner to remove the notification.
Mobile Alert
Transporters will also receive a mobile alert (bell icon at the top right of the mobile app) for new recommended orders. The mobile alert icon appears on every tab in the app. Click the alert icon to view the notification, then if the order is still available, it will appear at the top of your Search page. If it’s still available, you can then claim the order.
The alert will disappear once the recommended order alert is viewed, either by clicking the bell or clicking the X on the green Dashboard banner. Previous notifications can be viewed in the All tab at the bottom right.
New Order Sorting Settings
When transporters click on the link provided from the notification, they will be directed to their Search tab with Featured sorting applied by default. Click the star icon at the top left to view sorting options.
Orders can be sorted by the following criteria:
- Featured (default) – Sorts orders by Recommended level (highest to lowest), Available (Priority), and then Priority Score (highest to lowest).
- Best Rate per Mile – Sorts orders by highest to lowest payout per mile rate.
- Highest Payout – Sorts orders by highest to lowest payout value.
- Closest Pickup Location – Sorts orders by closest to furthest pick up location from the transporter’s current location.
- Shortest Order Distance – Sorts orders from shortest to longest order distance.
- Longest Order Distance - Sorts orders from longest to shortest order distance.
