The Order Details page gives you everything you need in one place to effectively and efficiently manage an order in Hitch.

The Order Details page includes:

• Pick up/Drop off Contact Details and Shareable Tracking Link
• Order Options, Payment Company, and Vehicle Details
• Driver Chat and Expanded Vehicle Details
• Driver Details, Downloadable BOL, Transport Company Info, Price, and Load Info
• Map, Timeline, and Task Management

To view an Order’s Details:

1. From the dashboard, go to the Orders screen.
2. With the grid view toggled, click the blue icon at the left of any order.
3. Click Order Details.

Task Management

At the bottom right of every transport order’s Order Details, there are 3 sections that show different task management views for the order:

• Focused View: shows a chronological list of tasks that need attention during the order.
• Order Changes: shows a list of changes made during the order.
• All Tasks: shows a chronological list of tasks that need attention during the order.
