The RunBuggy tracking portal provides real-time tracking for all orders, from pick up to drop off.

1. Accessing the Tracking Portal
When creating an order, be sure to include email addresses for the pick up and drop off contacts, and make sure notifications are enabled.
Once an order is placed, identical emails will be sent to the pick up and drop off contacts to track the order. Click the blue “Track Order” button and the “Your Shipment is Being Tracked” page will open.
2. Tracking Portal Reports
Once your order has been claimed by a transporter and picked up, a few different reports can be viewed from the Tracking Portal:
- Origin Report: Where the vehicle originated from.
- Destination Report: Where the vehicle will be delivered to.
- Location Map with Tracker: Where the vehicle is located in real-time.
You can also view/download the Bill of Lading (BOL) from the Tracking Portal.
3. No Email to View Tracking Portal
If the email with the Tracking Portal link can’t be accessed, the shareable link can also be found within the creator’s RunBuggy program.
1. Log in to RunBuggy and go to the order’s Order Details page (Orders tab > find the order > click the blue paper icon next to the order and select “Order Details”).
2. On the Order Details page, click the blue “Copy Tracking URL” button.
3. Send the link to the person who is requesting access.
